As part of Netflix’s Geeked Week this year, they’re releasing brand new looks at some of their most exciting upcoming projects.
Today, Netflix shared the teaser poster for Damsel, a new film coming to the streaming service in 2024. The film stars Stranger Things‘ Millie Bobby Brown.
The synopsis reads, “A dutiful damsel agrees to marry a handsome prince, only to find the royal family has recruited her as a sacrifice to repay an ancient debt. Thrown into a cave with a fire-breathing dragon, she must rely on her wits and will to survive.”
Damsel was written by Dan Mazeau, and directed by Juan Carlos Fresnadillo. The film also stars Shohreh Aghdashloo, Robin Wright, Angela Bassett, and Nick Robinson.
Check it out on Netflix in 2024.
