‘1923’: When Does the Next Episode Premiere?

Following its late December series premiere, the Yellowstone prequel 1923 has been on a break for the past few weeks, but audiences can now finally look forward to its return. The fifth episode is due to hit Paramount+ this Sunday, February 5.

1923 introduces a new generation of Duttons led by patriarch Jacob (Harrison Ford) and matriarch Cara (Helen Mirren). It explores the early twentieth century when pandemics, historic drought, the end of Prohibition, and the Great Depression all plague the mountain west, and the Duttons who call it home.

The show also stars Brandon Sklenar, Darren Mann, Julia Schlaepfer, Michelle Randolph, James Badge Dale, Marley Shelton, Brian Geraghty, Aminah Nieves, and Jerome Flynn.

1923 is the latest addition to Taylor Sheridan’s Yellowstone universe, further expanding upon the Dutton family’s origin story after the miniseries 1883, starring Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, and Sam Elliott. Following Yellowstone‘s recent midseason finale, the main series is set to return this summer, though a premiere date has not yet been confirmed.
