The celebration begins on January 14, 2023, and through March 5, 2023, allowing visitors to savor the flavors of the bayou with brand-new Mardi Gras-inspired offerings. The New Orleans style offerings range from gumbo, jambalaya, beignets, and much more. Older visitors can enjoy classic bayou-inspired cocktails, including Hurricanes, Spiced Rum Sangria, and an all-new Throw Me Some Beads punch. Some of the new food items include:

Guests can experience a larger-than-life parade, with new characters throughout the route, starting at the Zagora Café and Market through the Coke Canopy, allowing festival goers to catch beads along the way and march to the beat of live music from an authentic brass band.
