‘The Rookie: Feds’: Donna Mills to Guest Star

As first reported by Deadline, in the upcoming episode “Out for Blood,” Donna Mills is set to appear. Mills is known for a large variety of TV and movie roles, including Knots Landing and Dangerous Intentions.

The episode airing on January 17 focuses on Brendon, who uses his expertise from acting on Vampire Cop. Mills is playing a character named Layla Laughlin. Layla is a famous cosmetics maven who started from “humble beginnings” and “began as a single mom who made her way by developing skincare products in her kitchen.”

The official synopsis for the episode reads:

“As the unit investigates a murder victim whose body has been drained of blood, the gruesome case catches the attention of a true crime show, and Brendon shares his Vampire Cop’ expertise to help solve the case.”
