Season 6 of 9-1-1 is less than a week away! With it approaching, FOX has released a first-look video.
The crazy calls we’ll see this season are a highlight of the video. The big incoming emergency with a blimp crashing into a soccer stadium is a major one. Among the more minor calls shown, there is a theme of the 118 fighting to revive the people they’re treating, along with various other calls.
They also show a glimpse of the state of Maddie and Chimney’s relationship after breaking up last season. Jee-Yun is shown as well, who is growing too fast. The family is implied to still be apart by Chimney’s heartstring-tugging line to Maddie: “Maddie, we’re still family. This is what we do. Look out for each other,” but the pair seem to be working their way back together.
Bobby and Athena are another focus of the video. The pair look to be in a great place in their relationship, with the video showing their flirty side. Athena seems to be facing some danger, though with clips of a gun pointed at her, her running from something unknown and more.
