It’s almost time for more inter-dimensional cable.

The two-time Emmy-winning series Rick and Morty will return to Adult Swim Sunday, September 4 at 11 p.m. EST. Season 5 of the series wrapped with its season finale September 5, 2021, so fans will have waited almost a full calendar year for the animated series to return. Per the official logline:

“It’s season six and Rick and Morty are back! Pick up where we left them, worse for wear and down on their luck. Will they manage to bounce back for more adventures? Or will they get swept up in an ocean of piss! Who knows?! Piss! Family! Intrigue! A bunch of dinosaurs! More piss! Another can’t miss season of your favorite show.”

Rick and Morty stars Justin Roiland as Rick and Morty, Sarah Chalke as Beth, Chris Parnell as Jerry, and Spencer Grammer as Summer. The series is created by Dan Harmon and Roiland, who also serve as executive producers.
