‘Riverdale’ Season 6 Coming to Netflix in August

While there’s still some time until Bailey’s Comet makes its landing, season 6 of Riverdale has a Netflix release date!

The current season of The CW drama will drop on Netflix on August 7, a week following the season finale. The sixth season of Riverdale has taken fans to a parallel universe with the five-episode event “Rivervale” and gave the gang superpowers in order to fight the biggest villain they have ever faced, Percival Pickens. The season also includes two guest appearances from Kiernan Shipka, who reprises her role as Sabrina Spellman from the Netflix series Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.

Seasons 1-5 of Riverdale are currently streaming on Netflix, with season 6 available Sunday, August 7. The final episodes of the season air Sundays at 8 p.m. EST on The CW! The seventh and final season will premiere sometime midseason 2023. Check out our other Riverdale coverage here.
