To kick off January, AEW will host a Battle of the Belts event, where all of their championship belts will be on the line.

At Full Gear, Hangman Adam Page won the gold from Kenny Omega. The number one contender for his championship is Bryan Danielson after winning the World Title Tournament. The other current champions in AEW include the Tag Team Champions, the Lucha Brothers, the Women’s Champion, Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D., and Sammy Guevara as the TNT Champion.

AEW’s flagship show Dynamite will move from TNT to TBS in the first week of January, surely proving as a nice send-off and beginning of a new era for the brand.

Battle of the Belts will take place on January 8 in Charlotte, NC. Tickets go on sale Saturday, November 27 at 10 a.m. ET on AEWtix.com.
