INTERVIEW: Wil Wheaton Talks About Growing Up Trek [‘Star Trek’ Day EXCLUSIVE]

Star Trek celebrated its 55th birthday last night with a live celebration at the Skirball Center in Los Angeles. The event brought out a huge roster of past, present, and upcoming Trek stars. One of the co-hosts of the night was Wesley Crusher himself, Wil Wheaton. We were able to talk about what he hopes for the future of Star Trek (and the real world), his favorite Wesley Crusher memes, and a few nuggets of wisdom for the new generation of kids that will grow up acting in, and watching, Star Trek.
