Tubi has announced an original movie event, Corrective Measures, starring Bruce Willis and Michael Rooker.
Written, directed, and produced by Sean Patrick O’Reilly, this film is based on the sci-fi graphic novel of the same name.
Corrective Measures takes place at the fictional San Tiburon, a ubermax prison hidden in the Great Northwest. Residing there are monsters, cyborgs, and supervillains, all equipped with 24-hour power inhibitors and shock collars. Running the prison is Warden Devlin (Rooker), who is obsessed with finding the hidden riches of one of the men in his charge, the infamous Julius “The Lobe” Loeb (Willis). When tensions among the inmates and staff erupt, anarchy engulfs the prison. During this upheaval, the guards and staff are forced to make choices that make them no better than the prisoners they are in charge of.
The film will also star Tom Cavanagh, Kat Ruston, Kevin Zegers, and Hayley Sales.
Corrective Measures will debut on Tubi in Spring 2022. Tubi is available on a variety of devices including Android, iOS mobile devices, Amazon Echo Show, Amazon Firestick, and Apple TV.
