Creation Entertainment Postpones ‘Supernatural’ Orlando Convention to 2022

Due to current COVID-19 related state mandates, Creation Entertainment has postponed the Supernatural Orlando convention originally scheduled for this September. The convention will now take place June 22-24, 2022 at the same venue, the Doubletree Universal Orlando.

As of now, only Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki have confirmed their appearance for the new 2022 dates. Creation Entertainment is working on getting confirmations for the other guests slated to attend and will keep their website updated with guest changes.

If you have already booked hotel reservations for the 2021 dates, Creation Entertainment advises that you cancel your reservation at this time. Creation will provide an updated booking link at a later date in order to book new reservations for the 2022 dates.

If you have purchased tickets for this convention and cannot make the new dates, you are able to request a refund from Creation Entertainment by emailing them at customer.service@creationent.com. The deadline to request a refund is August 26 at 3 p.m. PDT. Refunds may take up to eight weeks after this deadline to be processed.  If you do not request a refund by this date, your tickets will be automatically transferred to the new 2022 dates.

If you wish to attend the new dates, Creation Entertainment will automatically transfer your tickets to the 2022 dates. This includes all admission, autograph, and photo op tickets. Look out for an email from Creation with your tickets updated with the new dates!

Those keeping their tickets for the new dates will also be included in a few special extras courtesy of Creation Entertainment. Gold, silver, and copper ticketholders will be given access to Creation’s Special Virtual Experience, which will not be available to the general public, but only available to those who keep their tickets for postponed conventions. Gold and silver ticketholders will also receive a $200 gift certificate at the convention, and a Supernatural photo autographed by a member of the cast.
