In the new DC’s Stargirl trailer that was released exclusively through Entertainment Tonight, we get a glimpse of what Courtney (Brec Bassinger) will be up against, and it is not just Eclipso and Shade.
During the trailer titled “Balance,” we see Pat (Luke Wilson) and her mom (Amy Smart) attempt to mention that there is more out there besides being Stargirl. Being Stargirl is all Courtney can see herself doing in the present and future. It is all she focuses on. Some of the others in the group also mentioned that with the ISA no longer a threat, what are they protecting? But the quietness doesn’t last long as a new villain appears and an old one returns. They will have to work together, including a new member, the Green Lantern’s daughter, to defeat the enemy.
Season 2 of DC’s Stargirl returns Tuesday, August 10 at 8 p.m. ET/ 7 p.m. CT on The CW.
