Peacock Adds Streaming Anime Channel RetroCrush to Its Lineup
Digital Media Rights (DMR) has announced that RetroCrush, a 24/7 streaming channel devoted to classic anime, continues to expand its reach and is now streaming on Peacock. Additionally, the RetroCrush library available on the streaming service will expand in the coming months with the addition of several anime series and movies.
RetroCrush was initially launched by DMR in 2019 as a social video channel, growing to become one of the most popular anime channels on YouTube and Facebook, with more than 1.2 million subscribers/followers, and averaging 38 million monthly video views. Today, RetroCrush includes more than 100 series and 40 features from the 70s, 80s and 90s and is available on iOS, Android, Amazon Fire TV, Roku and smart TVs, and on desktop at www.retrocrush.tv.
