Marvel Studios’ ‘Black Widow’ Delayed, Heading To Disney+

Share

Marvel Studios’ Black Widow has been delayed again until July 9 when it will be released in theaters and on Disney+ for those with premier access. It will be $30 to rent on the streaming service.

Black Widow has seen its fair share of delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Fans have been begging for the Russian assassin of the original six Avengers to get a standalone film for years. Marvel supplied and the film is ready for viewers, but the world isn’t quite yet.

Starring Scarlett Johansson, Florence Pugh, David Harbour, and Rachel Weisz, Black Widow takes us back in time to see just what Natasha Romanoff was up to after the events of Captain America: Civil War. We’ll be introduced to her family, also assassins, as they take on the Taskmaster.

Black Widow will be in theaters and on Disney+ July 9.
