In 1996, The Craft bewitched fans and became a cult hit. Now, 24 years later in The Craft: Legacy, the story continues.

Just like in the first movie, it follows a group of high schoolers who form a coven. First, Frankie (Gideon Adlon), Tabby (Lovie Simone), and Lourdes (Zoey Luna) try to do magic, but it doesn’t work because they need a fourth. Lily (Cailee Spaeny) happens to be the new girl, and after an incident at school, the three befriend her. Together they perform spells, but one seems to take it too far, resulting in them binding their magic. Not everyone is as they appear in this film as there are surprises that await the viewers.

“The ritual begins again,” on December 22 when it comes to Blu-ray and DVD. It will come with bonus material including four alternate scenes, two featurettes on making the film, and continuing the 1996 classic film’s legacy. If you cannot wait to get your hands on a physical copy, the movie is out now digitally and on-demand. There is also an extended scene, which you can watch below!

The Craft: Legacy was written and directed by Zoe Lister-Jones (Life in Pieces), produced by Douglas Wick (Allegiant), Lucy Fisher (Divergent), and Jason Blum (Into the Dark). The cast of the film features Cailee Spaeny (Devs), Gideon Adlon (The Society), Lovie Simone (Greenleaf), Zoey Luna (Pose), Nicholas Galitzine (Chambers), Julian Grey (Godless), Charles Vandervaart (Murdoch Mysteries), Donald MacLean Jr. (Nurses), Michelle Monaghan (The Path), and David Duchovny (The XFiles).
