Tom Holland has officially provided a first look at his upcoming movie from Sony, Uncharted, but more specifically, his character Nathan Drake. Uncharted is a prequel adaption of the video game series by Naughty Dog that puts Holland at the forefront as treasure hunter Nathan Drake in his younger years.

The film is directed by Ruben Fleischer (ZombielandVenom) and written by Matt Holloway and Art Marcum. Uncharted also stars Mark Wahlberg as Sully as well as Antonio Banderas.

Naughty Dog tweeted out a photo from the set of the film of Holland talking to Nolan North, the original voice of Nathan Drake in the video game series.

Lastly, the Uncharted Twitter account shared images of what appears to be a relic deep, deep underground as well as an open copy of The Life of Ferdinand Magellan, and the First Circumnavigation of the Globe, the biography of renowned explorer Ferdinand Magellan written by Francis Henry Hill Guillemard.

Uncharted is set to debut in theaters on July 16, 2021.
