As exclusively reported by Deadline, four more cast members have been revealed for James Gray’s upcoming period drama for RT Features. Joining the previously announced Cate Blanchett are Robert De Niro, Oscar Isaac, Donald Sutherland, and Anne Hathaway.
Per IMDb, Armageddon Time is a coming-of-age story about growing up in Queens, New York, in the 1980s. Gray, who is writing and directing the film, told Deadline that the story is based on his own childhood memories. It will explore “friendship and loyalty against the backdrop of an America poised to elect Ronald Reagan as president.”
