Given the continued spread of the Coronavirus, Austin Television Festival will be moving their Season 9 celebration of all things television online. The virtual experience was announced today.

We are excited to announce that ATX Television Festival Season 9 will be a virtual weekend (June 5 – 7, 2020) where we can still come together and celebrate our love of TV and its ever evolving forms, especially during times like these. We’re calling it “ATX TV…from the Couch!”

The statement also clarifies that ATX TV From the Couch will continue to celebrate both new series and old favorites in the virtual event, so continue to keep an eye out for all the amazing programming this they are sure to have June 5-7. Those who have purchased any Season 9 credentials can fill out a transfer form that allows you to transfer your credentials to Season 10 (June 10-13, 2021), Season 11 (June 9-12, 2022), or contribute the full price of a credential to  Season 9 which will make attendees eligible for a discount code. The discount code may be applied to Season 10 and allows the user to buy a badge at the lowest price available. To fill out a transfer form, click here.

ATX TF Festival is working to ensure as many Season 9 panels as possible will roll over to Season 10. ATX TV Festival will return to its physical format in Austin on June 10-13, 2021. We will continue covering updates to the Season 9 virtual festival as they are announced!
