Crunchyroll’s C2E2 Industry Panel Announces ‘Tower of God’ and More

Crunchyroll has given new announcements for Tower of God, In/Spectre, and The Rising of the Shield Hero at its recent panel during C2E2. A new clip from Tower of God was unveiled, which delves into the two main characters and their relationship. The upcoming Crunchyroll Original series centers on the journey of a young man as he battles his way through the mysterious tower, building friendships, and discovering the rules that govern the tower. He faces unimaginable terrors as he strives to find the only friend he’s ever known. Tower of God will premiere on Crunchyroll on April 1. It was directed by Takashi Sano, with Hirokazu Hanai as the assistant director. The series composition was done by Erika Yoshida, with the character design done by Masashi Kudo and Miho Tanino, and the music by Kevin Penkin. The three main characters were voiced by Taichi Ichikawa (Bam), Saori Hayami (Rachel), and Hochu Otsuka (Headon).

The Crunchyroll original In/Spectre premiered a dubbed version of the show which launched on February 29. The show mixes supernatural romance with an enthralling, fantastical mystery as a duo sets out to solve a series of dark incidents plaguing their world. The subtitled version of the season is currently airing on Crunchyroll. The cast for the series is Kotoko Iwanaga (Lizzie Freeman), Kuro Sakuragawa (Brandon Winckler), Saki Yumihara (Lauren Landa), Karin Nanase (Kayli Mills), and Rikka Sakuragawa (Cristina Vee).

Crunchyroll also gave an update for The Rising of the Shield Hero and the collaboration with What’s Your Passion Jewelry. There are now new Naofumi, Filo, and Raphtalia designs that are available as necklaces, pendants, earrings, and more. They are available for purchase at C2E2 and for preorder.
