Author Alex Segura is penning a much-needed expansion to the backstory of Resistance pilot Poe Dameron, which became a hot topic of discussion after The Rise of Skywalker‘s spice runner reveal.
The YA novel will explore Poe Dameron’s teenage years, after the passing of his mother but seemingly before he went on to become a pilot with the New Republic (and then eventually the Resistance). Struggling with his relationship with his father, Poe takes off in search of adventure and purpose.
