‘Party of Five’ Premiere Available Now On Hulu

A week in advance of Party of Five‘s premiere on Freeform, Hulu has made the first episode available to watch. Party of Five is a reboot of the classic 1994 drama series about siblings forced to rely on each other in the absence of their parents, but with a modern twist. Instead of the siblings being forced to band together in the wake of their parents’ deaths in a car accident, the new show features the parents deported as a result of immigration policies.

The reboot, which is produced by original series creators Christopher Keyser and Amy Lippman, stars Brandon Larracuente, Emily Tosta, Niko Guardado, and Elle Paris Legaspi as the four oldest children with Bruno Bichir and Fernanda Urrejola as their parents. The original show ran from 1994 – 2000 and starred Scott Wolf, Matthew Fox, Neve Campbell, and Lacey Chabert.

Party of Five‘s  10-episode first season premieres Monday, January 8 at 9 p.m. ET on Freeform. The premiere episode is available now on Hulu.
