‘Talks Machina’ Panel at SDCC

On Saturday of the San Diego Comic-Con, the Critters filled one of the larger halls for the Critical Role panel. Matthew Mercer, Laura Bailey, Liam O’Brien, Sam Riegel, Ashley Johnson, Taliesin Jaffe, Marisha Ray, and Travis Willingham were all in attendance, and Brian W. Foster acted as moderator for the panel.

They started out with a live reading of three pages from the next issue of Critical Role: Vox Machina Origins II that will be available in your local comicbook store or digitally via DarkHorse and ComiXology on August 14. After that, they moved on to taking questions from the audience, talking about their favorite roleplaying moments that did not include their own characters, what Caduceus expects to find when they finally reach The Kiln, whether we will ever get to know more about Mollymauk’s backstory, and what will happen when Ashley Johnson returns from filming the last season of Blindspot, amongst other things.

The panel aired in place of the regular Talks Machina on the Critical Role twitch-channel on Tuesday. Watch it in full below!

In her free time you can find her either playing Dungeons & Dragons 5e, or on Twitter (@killingnormalcy) yelling about Critical Role, Marvel, Twenty One Pilots, and Overwatch.
