To celebrate the release of tickets for Avengers: Endgame, Marvel Studios has given fans another exclusive look at the final installment of the Avengers’ epic, which will be released in the U.S. on April 26.  Moments after the release of the trailer, servers of cinema ticketing sites were crashing worldwide, showing just how excited fans around the globe are for this movie.

After the previous teaser and trailer, the video released today gave another glimpse into the final battle. For the first time we see the original Avengers united again, including Tony Stark, who has apparently found a way back from the space ship on which he was stuck during the first-released footage of the movie. Moreover, we see Clint Barton (a.k.a. Hawkey, a.k.a. Ronin) for the first time since the events of Captain America: Civil War (2016). Joining the team will be Carol Danvers (Captain Marvel).

The fans see their heroes in distress, grieving over their  lost companions and friends, but nonetheless ready to fight.
We hear the voice of Tony Stark say”it’s not about how much we lost, it’s about how much we left”  while footage of him hugging his fiancée, Pepper Potts, is shown. Now these lines could mean a number of things, but it is becoming apparent that none of the fans’ beloved characters will be safe during the events of this movie.

Also, another reminiscent of Captain America: Civil War (2016) is resolved in the film: we see Tony Stark and Steve Rogers fighting side by side, trusting one another. Furthermore, Steve Rogers is seen with Captain America’s iconic shield, which he left behind when he fought Tony in order to protect his now-lost best friend, Bucky Barnes. So even if this is truly the end for Cap, at least this one reunion will be part of the new movie.

While you watch the trailer below and prepare enough tissues and emotional-support blankets, check out your local cinema and find out when this movie premieres. Not only do some countries get to see the movie two days earlier, on the 24th, but you will also want to avoid spoilers as much as you can and the only solution to that is either deleting all of social media or booking tickets to a midnight showing. In preparation, you can also check out our series leading up to the film here.
