The app will be offered as a premium add-on for Crunchyroll memberships. A web browser integration is also in the works as well.

“Crunchyroll Manga will be a premiere online manga app that carries catalogs from renowned publishers, offering fans unparalleled access to the visionary works that inspire the anime we love,” said Rahul Purini, President of Crunchyroll. “As we strengthen partnerships in this exciting new venture, we aim to add even more value to the Crunchyroll membership, complementing our vast anime library, Crunchyroll Game Vault, and extensive selection of products in the Crunchyroll Store.”

The app is set to debut in English, though Crunchyroll has confirmed there are plans to increase language options in the future. A vast array of stories across diverse genres will be available, including iconic titles and current fan favorites.

Paramount has announced a release date for the final season of Star Trek: Lower Decks on Blu-ray and DVD. The final season will arrive on March 25.

Here’s more about the final season:

In the fifth and final season of STAR TREK: LOWER DECKS, the crew of the U.S.S. Cerritos is tasked with closing “space potholes” – subspace rifts which are causing chaos in the Alpha Quadrant. Pothole duty would be easy for Jr. Officers Mariner (Tawny Newsome), Boimler (Jack Quaid), Tendi (Noël Wells) and Rutherford (Eugene Cordero)…if they didn’t also have to deal with an Orion war, furious Klingons, diplomatic catastrophes, murder mysteries and scariest of all: their own career aspirations.

There will be 25 minutes of exclusive bonus content, which will include commentaries and a featurette.

In addition, Star Trek: Lower Decks The Complete Series will also be available on a limited edition Blu-ray Steelbook, which will feature an exclusive art card that includes the signatures of the Lower Decks crew, on March 25. The complete series will feature a 10-disc collection.

Make sure to check it all out when it releases on March 25!
