Surprise! ‘Red, White & Royal Blue’ Is Coming Early
Red, White & Royal Blue fans, rejoice! Prime Video is releasing their adaptation of Casey McQuiston’s bestselling novel a few hours ahead of schedule.
The much anticipated romance-comedy follows Alex Claremont-Diaz’s (Taylor Zakhar Perez) time as America’s first Mexican-American First Son as he falls from grace with the media following a messy interaction with long time rival Prince Henry Fox-Mountchristen-Windsor of England (Nicholas Galitzine) at a royal wedding. The duo is then forced to embark on a media campaign to improve PR between the two nations leading Alex to discover that perhaps he and Henry would be better off as something other than enemies.
The official release date for the movie is Friday, August 11, but as per the streamer’s official page, Red, White & Royal Blue will actually be available to stream starting Thursday, August 10 at 5 p.m. PST/8 p.m. EST. So for those who were planning to catch the movie when it dropped at midnight, be sure to check when it’ll release in your time zone and adjust your plans accordingly.
