‘Walker’ Season 4 to Have Midseason Premiere
The CW unveiled its schedule today, and in part of the network’s changes, Walker is set for a mid-season return for season 4, per TVLine.
What does this mean, you ask? A mid-season premiere usually means it will premiere around January or February, instead of the fall (we won’t know an actual premiere date until it’s closer.)
Walker is currently one of two shows that The CW has renewed from its previous scripted series, the other being All American, which was part of Nexstar’s acquisition deal. All American will premiere in the fall. The CW recently canceled other series such as Walker‘s prequel, Walker: Independence (which, you can read our article here about why that was a mistake), The Winchesters, and Kung Fu. The Flash, Nancy Drew, and Riverdale all are airing their final seasons.
Walker stars Jared Padalecki, Keegan Allen, Ashley Reyes, Mitch Pileggi, Jeff Pierre, Odette Annable, Molly Hagan, Coby Bell, Violet Brinson, and Kale Culley. The show will have 13 episodes in its fourth season.
