‘Barron’s Cove’: Garrett Hedlund, Brittany Snow, Stephen Lang & Hamish Linklater Join Cast of Upcoming Thriller
A new thriller from Evan Ari Kelman, Barron’s Cove, is in the works, with Garrett Hedlund (Tulsa King), Brittany Snow (Pitch Perfect), Stephen Lang (Avatar), and Hamish Linklater (Midnight Mass) set to star.
As per Deadline, the film centers on “the unbreakable bond between fathers and sons.” It follows “a grieving father with a violent past, whose life is shattered by the tragic murder of his young son. Consumed with the need for answers, he kidnaps the child he believes is responsible for his son’s death, igniting a frenzied manhunt fueled by the kidnapped boy’s powerful politician father.”
Kelman serves as both writer and director for Barron’s Cove, which is due to begin filming later this year.
Barron’s Cove will be produced by Mandalay Pictures, Yale Entertainment, and Post Film. This news was first reported by Deadline.
