As unveiled by Variety, the DC Universe is debuting new stars alongside veterans from recent projects in its newest film, Justice League: Warworld. Returning cast members include Jensen Ackles (The Boys, Supernatural) as Batman, Darren Criss (Glee) as Superman, Matt Bomer (Chuck, White Collar, Magic Mike) as Old Man (though he previously portrayed The Flash) — all who were previously in Legion of Super-Heroes. Stana Katic is also reprising her role, having previously appeared as Wonder Woman in Justice Society: World War II back in 2021.
Other cast members tapped include Ike Amadi (Martian Manhunter/Jāonn Jāonzz), Troy Baker (Jonah Hex), Roger C. Cross (Machiste), Brett Dalton (Bat Lash), Trevor Duvall (Drifter), John DiMaggio (Lobo), Robin Atkin Downes (Mongul), Frank Grillo (Agent Faraday), Rachel Kimsey (Mariah Romanova), David Lodge (Sheriff), Damian OāHare (Deimos), and Teddy Sears (Warlord).

Until now, the Justice League has been a loose association of superpowered individuals. Butch Lukic of Batman: The Long Halloween is returning as an executive producer alongside Sam Register and Michael Uslan, a long time alum of the Batman franchise production team. Jeff Wamester (Legion of Super-Heroes)Ā will direct. Producers will include Ā Jim Krieg (The Death and Return of Superman) and Kimberly S. Moreau (Batman: The Doom That Came To Gotham) while writers will include Jeremy Adams (Supernatural), Ernie Albacker (Justice League Dark: Apocalypse War) and Josie Campbell (She-Ra and the Princesses of Power).Ā
