Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Warzone 2 are getting a midseason update. Titled Season 01 Reloaded, the update will follow a patch for the games and is scheduled to launch December 14 at 10 a.m. PST.

Raid Episode 1: Atomgrad for Modern Warfare 2 will bring a new way to experience the game with the first-ever Special Ops Raid. Trios will be challenged as they help Price, Farah, and Gaz uncover secrets within a heavily fortified facility which is a continuation of the game campaign. Successfully completing the raid will award players with a familiar face as a brand-new Operator to use in Multiplayer, Special Ops, and Warzone.

From December 21, 2022, through January 04, 2023, Shipment will also receive a festive overhaul, as seen below:

The update promises to bring action on all fronts — Call of Duty: Warzone 2 players will gain a brand-new tactical experience and a limited-time mode built for the update, while Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 fans will be tested in trios in the first-ever Raid alongside a chaotic reimagined shipment. With both games the update will come with new Operators, a new Primary Weapon to unlock, and more.

In celebration of the event, Double XP and Double Weapon XP will be active across all platforms from December 15, 10 a.m. PST to December 19, 10 a.m. PST, with the event beginning for PlayStation players on December 14, 10 a.m. PST.
