Antony Starr Nominated for Critics Choice Award for ‘The Boys’

Share

The Critics Choice Association has announced the television category nominees for the upcoming 28th Annual Critics Choice Awards. Antony Starr was nominated for Best Actor in a Drama Series, recognizing his chilling and increasingly unhinged turn as Homelander in season 3 of The Boys. Always managing to find new angles on a character that could become cartoonish if portrayed by the wrong actor, Starr’s recognition is well deserved.

The Boys is currently filming its fourth season, with spin-off Gen V recently releasing its first teaser trailer. You can find all our coverage of the series, including interviews with Starr, Erin Moriarty, Eric Kripke, and more, here!

Winners will be revealed live during the gala at the Fairmount Century Plaza in Los Angeles on Sunday, January 15, 2023 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. ET (PT will be delayed).
