Matt Berry Nominated for Critics Choice Award for ‘What We Do in the Shadows’

The Critics Choice Association has announced the television category nominees for the upcoming 28th Annual Critics Choice Awards. Matt Berry has been nominated for Best Actor in a Comedy Series for his hilarious and chaotic performance as Laszlo Cravensworth in the FX comedic series, What We Do in the Shadows.

Based on the mockumentary movie What We Do in the Shadows (2014), the FX original series gives a comedic look into the nightly lives of four vampires who have lived together for 100 years. Now, the group lives in Staten Island, hoping to take over the United States while adjusting to modern life. All four seasons are available for streaming on Hulu, but you can find all our series coverage here.

Winners will be revealed live during the gala at the Fairmount Century Plaza in Los Angeles on Sunday, January 15, 2023 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. ET (PT will be delayed).
