Din Djarin and Chief Hopper are teaming up for a new limited series currently in development at HBO, My Dentist’s Murder Trial.

The series is inspired by the James Lasdun New Yorker article “My Dentist’s Murder Trial: Adultery, False Identities, and a Lethal Sedation” following Dr. Gilberto Nunez who was indicted for the death of his friend, Thomas Kolman.

Both Harbour and Pascal will executive produce the series alongside Todd Black, Jason Blumenthal, and Steve Tisch of Escape Artists, and Bruce Terris, Molly Allen, James Lasdun, and MGM Television. Steve Conrad will also executive produce, write the series, and direct the pilot.

Harbour can be seen most recently in season 4 of Stranger Things on Netflix, with the series’ final season looming. Pascal has a few projects in the works including The Mandalorian season 3 coming in February 2023, The Last of Us series coming to HBO in 2023, and a short film from Pedro Almodóvar, Extraña Forma de Vida, alongside Ethan Hawke which is currently beginning production in Spain.
