As San Diego Comic-Con continues, Marvel Studios has been taking over today. During the panel at Hall H, the studio made many announcements for Phase 5 of the MCU, including when the highly-anticipated Secret Invasion series releases on Disney+!
Secret Invasion will premiere on Disney+ some time in spring of 2023. The series will highlight longtime MCU veteran Nick Fury and Talos as they take on a faction of Skrulls that have been infiltrating the Earth for years, which was first revealed at the end of Spider-Man: Far From Home. Samuel L. Jackson will reprise his role as the former director of S.H.I.E.L.D. alongside Ben Mendelsohn as the Skrull Talos and Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill.
Other cast members reportedly include Kingsley Ben-Adir, Olivia Colman, and Emilia Clarke.
