Emilia Clarke & Olivia Colman Reportedly Joining Marvel’s Upcoming ‘Secret Invasion’ Series
Emilia Clarke is seemingly adding another franchise to her resume! The Game of Thrones and Star Wars actress is in final negotiations to join the upcoming Marvel Disney+ series Secret Invasion. The news was first reported by Variety.
Also in negotiations is the sensational star of The Crown, Olivia Colman, which was also first reported to Variety.
Clarke and Colman’s rolls are of course completely under wraps but they join previously announced Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, and Kingsley Ben-Adir.
Jackson is reprising his longtime roll of Nick Fury, finally getting the spotlight in a project of his own, and Mendelsohn as the Skrull, Talos, as seen in Captain Marvel.
While not much about the series has come out yet we know that Adir’s character will be the villain, and it’s set to follow a faction of Skrulls that have been infiltrating Earth for years.
No release date has been set yet, but Secret Invasion will air exclusively on Disney+.
