Alexis Hall’s bestseller Rosaline Palmer Takes The Cake will get a film adaptation! Deadline was first to report. The novel follows Rosaline Palmer, a bisexual single mother who finds herself caught in a love triangle while competing on fictional reality show Winner Bakes All. The film will be produced by Neal Moritz and Karina Rahardja of Original Film and Paramount along with Cameron Fuller, Gregg Sulkin, and Maisie Richardson-Sellers. The adaptation will be written by David Mandell (Every Note Played).
Hall is best known for his runaway hit Boyfriend Material (and its upcoming sequel Husband Material), A Lady for a Duke, and the Winner Bakes All series, which began with Rosaline Palmer Takes The Cake (you can find our review here).
