Netflix has released the trailer for season 2 of its global sensation Bridgerton, which arrives on the streaming titan later this month.

This season will focus around the eldest Bridgerton, Anthony, as he finally searches for his viscountess. The Sharmas are new to London, and they might be exactly the shakeup that Anthony needs to find the one he wants to spend his life with. The only blockade? Anthony sees love as a weakness and doesn’t intend to marry for anything but a duty. Can one of the ladies this season change his mind? Perhaps the Queen’s diamond? Or maybe someone else …

Speaking of the Queen, it doesn’t appear as if she’ll be giving up her hunt for Lady Whistledown quite yet. The bombshell of the author’s identity was revealed at the end of season 1 as none other than Penelope Featherington. Will Pen be able to keep her second life a secret still as the Queen ups her search?

Season 2 will see the return of almost all of our favorite season 1 characters, with the exception of Regé-Jean Page’s Duke of Hastings. Simone Ashley as Kate Sharma, Charitha Chandran as Edwina Sharma, and Shelley Conn as Lady Mary Sharma join our beloved Bridgerton gang.

Bridgerton premieres on March 25, 2022 exclusively on Netflix. Stay tuned for our episodic recaps, season review, and more!
