Catherine Zeta-Jones, who we recently loved in Prodigal Son, will be gracing our screens again soon thanks to Disney+.

The streamer is revisiting fan favorite National Treasure films in the form of a new series, with Zeta-Jones and Lisette Olivera as the show’s leads and Jerry Bruckheimer, the films’ producer, back as executive producer.

Set to expand on the films’ universe, the show explores the life of young heroine Jess (Olivera), a DREAMer in search of answers about her family, as she embarks on the adventure of a lifetime to uncover the truth about the past and save a lost Pan-American treasure. Her path crosses with Billie (Zeta-Jones), a badass billionaire, black-market antiquities expert, and treasure hunter who transformed herself from a penniless orphan to a shrewd, stylish businesswoman and adventurer. Both women want the Pan-American treasure, but for Billie the treasure has deeper stakes than just money.

Zeta-Jones joins Olivera and other previously announced series regulars including Lyndon Smith, Zuri Reed, Jake Austin Walker, Antonio Cipriano and Jordan Rodrigues.
