FOX’s 9-1-1 has been on hiatus since December, with spinoff 9-1-1: Lone Star taking over its timeslot. Now the flagship first responder series has an official midseason return date! Mark your calendars because the 118 is coming back on Monday, March 21!
“When the series returns this spring, Athena, Bobby and the 118 ‘speed’ to the rescue to save a family whose pick-up truck has been rigged with a pipe bomb which will detonate if the vehicle slows under 55 miles an hour. Meanwhile, Eddie has a rough transition into his new job, Buck makes an impulsive relationship decision and the 118 welcome two new members to the team.”
9-1-1 and 9-1-1: Lone Star will indeed team up when the parent series returns, meaning that Monday nights will soon be a full night of action and drama once again! Just like last season, 9-1-1 will be airing in the first hour of the night, followed by Lone Star.
Catch up on all episodes of 9-1-1 now on Hulu before the midseason return on Monday, March 21 and in the meantime, watch 9-1-1: Lone Star on Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT on FOX. Check out our other 9-1-1 coverage here.
