Full Cast Revealed for ‘Hocus Pocus 2’
Disney has announced some exciting news regarding the Hocus Pocus sequel!
Back in May, the original Sanderson sisters played by Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy were confirmed to return. Now, more of the cast has been unveiled including Ted Lasso‘s Hannah Waddingham as well as Tony Hale and Sam Richardson. Whitney Peak, Belissa Escobedo, Froy Gutierrez, Juju Brener, Lilia Buckingham, Nina Kitchen, and Taylor Henderson are also set to star with Doug Jones returning as the iconic Billy Butcherson!
Although not originally deemed a classic, Hocus Pocus has come to be an essential spooky season viewing. The original film followed siblings Dennison and Dani and their new friend Allison who accidentally resurrected a coven of evil witches who once occupied the abandoned house they were exploring. Once they’re free, the trio must find a way to stop them from taking over the town with a little help from Binx and Billy the zombie.
A formal release date has yet to be announced but Hocus Pocus 2 is currently set for a Fall 2022 release.
