The Expendable franchise movies are packed with action stars, and the upcoming fourth film is no exception. The Raid star Iko Uwais has been cast as the villain in Expendables 4. He joins Megan Fox (New Girl), 50 Cent (Power), and Tony Jaa (Jiu Jitsu) as the newest members of the cast.

Details about his role are limited, but he is teaming up with Tony Jaa to battle against the team of Sylvester Stallone (The Suicide Squad), Dolph Lundgren (Aquaman), Jason Statham (The Fate of the Furious), and Randy Couture (Hawaii Five-O).

Uwais has appeared in hit movies such as Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens, Snake Eyes, The Raid, and The Raid 2. He’s also been featured in the Netflix show Wu Assassins.

The movie is currently in production and is set to release sometime in 2022.
