Jeymes Samuel’s upcoming western, The Harder They Fall, finally has a release date! The film will drop on Netflix on November 3. Prior to its Netflix debut, The Harder They Fall is set to open the BFI London Film Festival. It premieres on October 6. On October 22, it releases in select theaters.
The film focuses on Nat Love, an outlaw who learns his enemy, Rufus Buck, gets released from prison. Upon finding out, Nat sets out to seek his revenge, along with the help of his crew. Meanwhile, Rufus reunites with his crew. However, he and his formidable gang aren’t accustomed to losing.
Jonathan Majors, Idris Elba, Regina King, Zazie Beetz, LaKeith Stanfield, Delroy Lindo, Edi Gathegi, Danielle Deadwyler, R.J. Cyler, Deon Cole, and Damon Wayans Jr. star. Samuel co-writes, directs, produces, and composes. Boaz Yakin co-writes. Jay-Z, James Lassiter, and Lawrence Bender serve as producers.
