‘Star Wars: Visions’: Official Trailer and Voice Cast Revealed!

Last month, a first look teaser for the upcoming anime anthology series Star Wars: Visions was released. Now, audiences have finally been given full taste of what’s to come with the official trailer released today.

Star Wars: Visions, first announced during Disney Investor Day in December 2020, is a collection of nine animated short films that will stream exclusively on Disney+. Seven Japanese anime studios brought forth their unique talent and perspective for this project, including Kamikaze Douga, Geno Studio (Twin Engine), Studio Colorido (Twin Engine), TRIGGER, Kinema Citrus, Science Saru, and Production I.G. Viewers will have a chance to experience the signature animation and storytelling styles of each aforementioned studio while watching these stories unfold.

In addition to releasing the trailer, Lucasfilm has also revealed the impressive voice cast lineup for each episode. While the English dub includes returning Star Wars talent and other notable names, the original Japanese version is comprised of a multitude of veteran voice actors.
