Netflix has announced that Catherine Zeta-Jones (Chicago) and Luis Guzmán (Traffic) have been added to the upcoming Wednesday series. They will be playing Morticia and Gomez Addams, the dynamic parents of the Addams family.

The series will follow Wednesday Addams as she hones her psychic abilities whilst at Nevermore Academy. However, she must also solve a supernatural mystery as a killing spree is terrorising the local town.

Zeta-Jones and Guzmán join previously announced Jenna Ortega (You), who has been cast in the title role of Wednesday Addams. The series will be directed by Tim Burton.
