Hot Toys collectors, ready your wallets, because something epic is coming from a galaxy far, far away.
The toy distributor recently teased one of its latest upcoming releases — a sixth-scale Luke Skywalker figure, as seen in the season 2 finale of the Star Wars series The Mandalorian.
In what will most certainly always be remembered as one of the best kept secrets and surprises in the Star Wars universe, a hooded figure boarded Moff Gideon’s ship in the episode “Chapter 16: The Rescue.” The Jedi effortless took down a battalion of dark troopers and ultimately saved Din Djarin, Grogu, Bo-Katan Kryze, Fennec Shand, Cara Dune, and Koska Reeves from what would have been a grim fate.
Though the X-wing that the Jedi arrived in and the green lightsaber were proof enough, fans collectively gasped and cried in surprise and joy when the mysterious savior was revealed to be none other than (a digitally de-aged version of) Mark Hamill’s Luke Skywalker. Luke would then ultimately go on to take the Force-sensitive Grogu under his tutelage after the small, green creature shared an emotional goodbye with his caretaker Din.
To commemorate his appearance in The Mandalorian, Hot Toys is releasing a sixth scale Luke Skywalker figure as a part of its premium DX series.
“The highly-accurate Luke Skywalker collectible figure features a newly developed head sculpt with astonishing likeness, skillfully tailored Jedi outfit and cloak, a lightsaber with LED light-up function, a display base and themed backdrop!

This Deluxe Version will exclusively include a battle damaged Dark Trooper bust with LED light-up function to reenact the memorable moment when Luke crushed it by using the Force!

A release date and distribution information have not yet been announced.
