Leading up to the season 11 premiere of The Walking Dead next month, AMC is hosting 11 weeks of reveals with teasers, photos, art, and more. This week, there’s a new teaser and the first look at two new characters.

In the trailer for the season released during Comic-Con@Home, the end teased a new governor on the way this time out of The Commonwealth, Pamela Milton (played by Laila Robins). In the comics, Pamela had lost everything in the apocalypse, except her son Sebastian. They soon joined The Commonwealth community. Josh Hamilton’s Lance Hornsby on the other hand is the deputy governor and bookkeeper of The Commonwealth and heavily deals with the Alexandria group upon their arrival.

The new teaser gives a look at the testing conditions that not only Eugene’s group will be put through at The Commonwealth, but the rest of Alexandria on the search while trying to rebuild their own community. What has Negan so spooked?
