AppleTV+ has released the season 2 trailer for See. See Jason Momoa, Dave Bautista, and Alfre Woodard as well as Eden Epstein (Sweetbitter), Tom Mison (Watchmen), Hoon Lee (Warrior), Olivia Cheng (Warrior), David Hewlett (The Shape of Water), and Tamara Tunie (Flight). Season 2 will be released on AppleTV+ on August 27.

During See season 1, a virus leaves only 2 million people alive. These two million people do not have the ability to see or access books or information. This leaves the population visually and intellectually blind. Baba Voss (Jason Momoa)’s wife (played by Hera Hilmar) gives birth to sighted twins giving hope and a possible sighted future for humankind. These twins, now young adults, discover what is in books left behind in the apocalypse. This discovery provides useful information for them to use in the future but they deliberate as to when to use the newfound knowledge in books.

In Season 2, Baba Voss tries to find the sighted twins and save them ahead of an imminent war between the Kingdom of Paya and the Trivantian Republic. To make matters worse, Voss’ estranged brother (played by Dave Bautista), is a Trivantian General who finds the wife and children first and sends them to the front lines out of hatred for his brother.

The trailer is visually stunning making this a must-see tv event. You can see the trailer below.

The complete first season of See is now streaming on Apple TV+.
