Disney+ to Release Billie Eilish Concert Experience ‘Happier than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles’
In a week’s time, Billie Eilish will release her sophomore album Happier Than Ever. To commemorate the occasion, Disney+ is teaming up with Eilish to debut Happier than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles, a cinematic concert experience that will premiere on September 3.
Directed by Robert Rodriguez and Patrick Osborne, expect to see animated elements alongside the intimate performances of each song off of the new album. Happier than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles also features Eilish’s brother Finneas, the Los Angeles Children’s Chorus, the Los Angeles Philharmonic conducted by Gustavo Dudamel, and world-renowned Brazilian guitarist, Romero Lubambo.
“Disney is incredibly iconic, so to collaborate on something like this is a huge honor,” said Eilish. “To be able to present my album in this way and dedicate it to the city that I love and grew up in is so exciting to me. I hope you love it.”
