Well, he is the God of Mischief after all, and with a quick sleight of hand, Loki has managed to move his release date up by two days and claim a day all for his own. (As he deserves.)
Loki will now premiere two days ahead of schedule on Wednesday, June 9, with all subsequent episodes airing on Wednesdays instead of Fridays as the two previous Marvel series had.

Tom Hiddleston announced the change via Disney’s and Marvel’s social media accounts, making sure to note the lack of Loki in almost all hero montages. He’s not wrong.
The highly anticipated series will follow a 2012 Loki after he steals the Tesseract in Avengers: Endgame, and we know there’s so much chaos ready to be unfurled. Loki stars Tom Hiddleston back as Loki, Owen Wilson as Mobius M. Mobius, along with Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku and Richard E. Grant.
Catch Loki in his new time slot beginning on Wednesday, June 9 at 12 a.m. PST and stay tuned for more coverage leading up to the premiere!
