Dave & Violet Grohl Team up for “Nausea” Cover

Dave and Violet Grohl have teamed up to cover the iconic LA punk band X’s “Nausea.” The cover is from the What Drives Us documentary which is Grohl’s version of “a love letter to the rare club of rock and roll, as well as an inspiration to every young kid who dreams of a life playing music.” Everyone’s story may be different as to how they fell in love with their craft but their passion is what led them to chase their dreams; they all had a plan.

The pair have performed together in the past on numerous occassions, but this is the first time a track has been formally produced. They also did backing vocals on “Making a Fire” from Medicine at Midnight, the Foo Fighters latest album. Grohl leads the vocals and their father jumps in for the chorus.

All the other available ways to stream and buy “Nausea” are here or you can check it out on YouTube below.

What Drives Us will release April 30 exclusively on The Coda Collection via Amazon Prime Video Channels in the U.S. and outside of the U.S. via Amazon Prime Video.
