“We are supposed to be the ideal. We have to be the ideal. Nothing is more important than that.”

Mark Millar, creator of the Jupiter’s Legacy comic series with Frank Quitely, has shared a new clip from the upcoming Netflix series Jupiter’s Legacy. The Utopian is seen in therapy discussing his family and it’s clear by the stress in his voice and on his face that the family has different values when it comes to upholding their legacy.

On one hand, there’s the prodigal son, Brandon (Andrew Horton), who may look up to his father but at the same time he resents him for not being around when he was a child. Molded as the perfect child, he’s expected to be the heir.

Chloe is the exact opposite of her brother. She doesn’t care to use her powers to save the world, but she will use them to protect herself and keep those in her circle safe. She’s the wild and free child, that has a reputation to manage as a socialite.

Check out the new clip below.

All eight episodes of Jupiter’s Legacy will release May 7. In the meantime, check out our other related content including a breakdown of the trailer here.
